Hi there and welcome.

Thanks for joining me today for this meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat if you're not there already.

Take your last little wiggles and everything that you need to feel comfortable.

You can straighten your spine and let your hands just rest on your knees with your palms facing up.

And let's begin with three deep breaths all together.

Inhale through the nose,

And exhale out the mouth.

Inhale,

And exhale.

And inhale,

And exhale.

You can let your breath return to its natural rhythm,

Beginning to tune into your body,

Your breath.

Just noticing how you're feeling today.

Maybe there's some points of tightness or a little looseness.

Just noticing without any judgment how you're really feeling in this moment.

Remembering that you have the strength to sit through the sensations that may arise in the next few minutes while allowing yourself to be still.

Now shift your attention to the center of your being.

That spot in your chest most likely could be somewhere else for you.

Wherever that center is for you.

I always love the spot behind the chest.

It's that center there.

Take a nice deep breath into your center,

Honing in your focus on that point.

This is where we're going to keep our focus for the rest of the meditation.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath,

And the mind will wander.

And when it does,

Gently note,

Thinking or feeling,

Bring your attention back to center.

Remembering that you can do this,

You're capable of focusing your energy and your attention on one point.

Growing your connection with that center part of your being a bit deeper today.

From this center point,

A pinprick of light begins to glow.

Some color,

You can notice what that color is.

Maybe it's a few of them.

And as you breathe,

The light begins to grow,

Slowly expanding,

Your center expanding.

Maybe this glowing circle is out towards your shoulders now.

Maybe it's encompassing your whole body.

You see yourself and feel yourself as your center,

As your whole.

And this glowing orb of beautiful bright light.

As you breathe,

This light begins to continue to grow outwards,

Continues to grow and expand to all that you are,

All that we are.

Throughout your whole house you may be in,

The whole neighborhood,

Whole city,

Goes at its own pace.

Notice how your light grows.

I'll give you some time here to really feel the expansion of your light shining upon all which exists.

Notice how far your light is shining today,

Wanting to expand.

And notice even as this light grows,

How you still feel grounded in your center.

You are the center of this light that is shining out everywhere.

Wherever your light has shone to,

You now notice it shining even brighter,

Illuminating every nook and cranny with love,

Abundance,

Peace,

Joy.

And then slowly the light begins to come back to your center,

Leaving sparkles as it hones back into your center.

And as this orb,

This ball,

Comes back in closer,

Its density of light shines even brighter.

So just feel this light slowly come back.

Maybe the orb's back to just your body now and you feel it shrink back in slowly to that little pink prick of light.

Take your time,

There's no rush here.

And when that light is back to the center you feel it shining,

Bright as it has today.

And you feel that power of all that beautiful light right inside you,

Vibrating such a high frequency.

It warms your soul.

Keep your focus there.

Notice this bright,

Powerful,

Exuberant light force that you hold inside you.

If the mind is wandering,

Which is normal,

Gently bring it back to your center.

Bring it back to your light.

And focus on your breath.

As that light shines,

You feel the rise and fall.

You are light.

You are love.

Feel this beauty shining inside you.

Allow this light and your attention to focus on it,

To be here for as long as feels good for you.
