Explore MeditationSaila has spent the last 4 years learning and developing skills in the wellness world while traveling through North and Central America, and Europe. After a near-death accident in 2020, she found yoga which was a pillar of her healing journey and is a continued practice in her life. In these years she has completed teacher/practitioner trainings for Yoga, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Breathwork. As she continues to grow and learn in her own practice, she is now excited to share her knowledge and gifts with the world. With a wildly creative soul, a deep passion for helping others, and a gift for teaching she is excited to be on insight timer and connect with fellow souls on their healing journeys.
