
NSDR To Calm Overwhelm
Struggling to switch off or calm your mind and body? This 7 minute NSDR-style reset combines gentle breathwork and a guided body scan to help regulate your nervous system and bring you into a state of deep rest. Beginning with a simple breathing pattern (longer exhales), you are guided to soften the body and settle the mind, before moving into a slow body scan to release tension and support relaxation. There’s nothing you need to force and no need to fall asleep. This is simply a space to rest. Ideal for stress relief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD overwhelm, burnout, or when you need a quick reset during the day.
