Sandra Keiko Asanome Gutierrez

From an early age, Sandra has been deeply fascinated by human nature and the complexities of life. Her curiosity and passion for understanding how people think, feel, and act have driven her to explore diverse cultures, countries and perspectives from around the world. Over eight years ago, Sandra turned to Insight Timer during one of the most challenging periods of her life, when she felt overwhelmed by depression, loneliness and a profound sense of loss. This community played a pivotal role in her healing journey, helping her reconnect with her true essence and inspiring a profound career shift. Today, Sandra is a qualified Integrative Coach, Counsellor and Therapist, as well as a Holistic Energetic Therapist and Tantra Practitioner and Facilitator. Her purpose is to raise awareness by reminding others that our true home lies within ourselves—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually—rather than outside of us. Sandra’s contribution to this community is to create a safe, nurturing space where members feel loved, protected and supported, as she pays forward the love and support that helped her during her time of need.
