I strive to share that feeling with others through my classes." Sara has competed various yoga trainings that include Divine Sleep (R) Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, Meditation, Restorative, Yin, Chair, and Children's yoga. She is currently enrolled in 200 HR YTT and loves reading, learning, and continuing to expand her ability to serve others through movement, journaling, and meditation.
