Hi there.

Welcome to our Dreamland adventure to Puerto Rico.

You don't need to pack anything or do anything at all.

Find a comfortable position and let's go for a ride.

Imagine looking up into the sky and connecting to the light all the way up there.

Breathe it in.

Let go of that breath completely.

Let's take another breath in.

Can you feel your lungs filling up?

On your next breath out,

Feel your lungs empty out the air.

On your next breath in,

Imagine flying high into the sky.

You aren't alone.

I'm with you and you can also imagine any of your friends and family with you on the ride.

It's up to you whether you invite anyone on your adventure.

We are heading over the Caribbean Sea all the way to Puerto Rico where we'll explore the sights around this beautiful,

Lively island and finish on a grassy hill overlooking the ocean.

For now,

Your breath will help us get there.

The slower,

Easier breath you take,

The smoother the ride.

As we fly into the air,

We see huge fluffy white clouds and bright blue sky.

Take a look below and wave goodbye to your home as we leave your neighborhood and take ourselves across your town.

We soar into the sky and take steady,

Smooth breaths.

We have all the time to get there.

Enjoy your breath as we soar over thousands of miles of deep blue ocean water.

Take a smooth,

Slow inhale and observe your breath out.

Watch your next breath in and then take a smooth,

Slow exhale out.

Great breathing.

As we glide over the smooth,

Crystal clear waters,

We have a good chance of seeing a pod of dolphins.

These playful animals like to dip and dive out of the water and even jump.

Feel the warm sea breeze blow around our bodies and through our hair.

As you take the next deep breath in,

Can you smell the salty water?

Did you see a splash over there?

I see a bunch of gray fins in the distance.

Let's take a closer look.

Smooth,

Steady breaths as we float in the direction of the gray shapes.

Oh,

There's dolphins.

So many dolphins jumping up and out of the water and splashing their way down next to all of their friends and families.

There are dolphins everywhere.

Such a big group of them.

Hear them make squeals of joy and see them playfully splashing.

They are moving quite fast,

But with ease.

Let's use our easy breaths in and out to replicate how easy and smooth they move through the water.

Well done.

They are heading out further to sea and we are heading towards that tropical island up ahead.

As we breathe in and as we breathe out,

We glide smoothly over the waters.

Take a look down.

You may be able to see coral reefs below us and the tropical fish that live there.

The fish are so many colors.

Reds,

Oranges,

Yellows,

Purples,

Blues,

And a green sea turtle.

Pause for a moment.

Let's watch this wise turtle swim along into the deeper waters.

Find your breath and let's slowly make our way over to the slower moving water.

Do you see all the seagrass below us?

Up ahead,

We are in for a special animal,

The manatee.

The slow animal makes its way through the water,

Rolling around and eating the seagrass.

This graceful creature is sweet as can be.

Do you see her big flat tail and two flippers propelling her through the water?

You see her coming up for a long easy breath in and then she spins her way back down to eat some more.

We could stay here all day and watch her,

But there is so much to see.

Let's use a good deep breath to fill our lungs up and head into the town of San Juan.

The buildings are rich in color.

One building is bright blue,

Another is bright yellow,

And the next is green.

There are shops full of paintings and colorful artwork as well.

The town has big round and smooth rocks called cobblestones that make up its streets.

As we float over the streets,

Can you hear people laughing,

Music playing,

And the smell of delicious food coming out of all the restaurant kitchens?

As we keep flying,

We might be able to hear some of the birds up ahead.

I see two green parrots perched on a branch in that tree just to the left.

They're talking to each other and cleaning their feathers with their beaks.

We've been lucky to see so much wildlife.

As we fill up our lungs with air,

Let's let a long,

Slow exhale exit our lungs as we continue on to a huge fort that is over 500 years old.

As we fly,

You might be able to see large walls up ahead protecting the island,

And we can perch right on top of this strong wall to gaze out at the Atlantic Ocean and see the fort all around us.

There are archways and walls and different lookout points.

The fort is a perfect place to watch the sunset,

And we are just in time as that bright orange sun is dropping lower into the ocean.

There is a place to rest on that grassy hill over there.

You can see the ocean straight out in front,

And there is a blanket that we can rest on.

As you breathe in and out,

Find a steady breath to lower yourself down.

There you go.

As you settle in,

Take in the ocean's reflection.

Each wave and ripple of the water is turning orange and red as the sun drops lower and lower into the sea.

The sky overhead is taking on blues and purples.

The temperature is warm,

Not too hot and not too cold.

The blanket below us is soft.

We can feel the oxygen entering and exiting our lungs with a special awareness we didn't have before.

Through our travels and flight,

We were able to change our breath.

Now,

We get to just observe the breath,

The rhythm of movement happening within our bodies as each breath comes in and each breath goes out.

As we gaze out at the ocean,

We start to get a little tired.

So much so,

It might feel really good to lie down and gaze up at the purple and dark blue sky.

There are a few clouds moving at a super slow pace,

Just like our breath.

The breath is easy,

Uncontrolled.

We begin to feel our feet soften and our lower legs.

Then this relaxation spreads to our upper legs and hips.

Our back muscles start to soften and release.

Those strong muscles begin to let go.

The shoulders are wide and the arms rest.

The belly button rises and falls with each breath.

The chest expands and settles back in.

Your throat softens,

And then the lips,

Cheeks,

Forehead,

And all the muscles in your face begin to get heavy,

Nice and heavy,

Relaxed.

You notice the breath moving in and out at the very tip of your nose,

Knowing that you don't have to control the breath.

The breath will happen on its own.

Your body is taking care to breathe for you.

Your mind and body get to fully appreciate this downtime,

These moments you have created for yourself.

You can choose to drift off to sleep,

Or if you want,

You can stay here for as long as you want,

And when you're ready,

You can begin to breathe in a deeper breath and wiggle your body awake.

Thank you for joining me on this Dreamland adventure to Puerto Rico.

I look forward to exploring again with you soon.
