Have you ever noticed when you walk into a room,
Your energy can impact the entire room,
Whether it's positive or negative?
Well,
This meditation is really about making sure that your energy impacts the room in the highest vibration.
And you'll also be impacting yourself that way,
Because the key to spreading positive energy is to embed it into yourself first.
So let's begin by closing our eyes and taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Letting it go.
Just do that a few times on your own,
Keeping the breath deep and slow.
The slower you go,
The better you'll feel.
So just take a quick moment and check in on yourself.
How do you feel right now?
How do you really feel?
And for a moment,
I'd like you to just imagine yourself feeling incredible.
When you feel your best,
What does that look like to you?
When you walk into a room,
How does that impact everyone around you?
When you're feeling your best.
Just for a moment,
I'd like you to create a small smile on your face,
Whether you feel like you want to or not,
Which will send a signal to your brain,
Muscle memory of happiness.
Do you feel that changing in your body?
And imagine yourself for a second,
Smiling your biggest smile and feeling the smile inside of you.
And just imagine all of your favorite people smiling right back at you.
And it's that precious moment when you feel incredible and everyone around you feels great.
You know that feeling.
Don't just imagine it,
But try for a moment to really feel it inside every cell of your body.
I'd like you to imagine today going exactly as you want with you feeling your highest vibration.
You're feeling great in every aspect of your life.
Just imagine how your entire day plays out for a moment.
And now just letting that go,
Let it drop.
And just feel yourself feeling an incredible energy that you gave yourself and that you actually rippled out to everyone around you.
Just feel it inside of you.
And now just letting it all go.
We're just going to be here right now in this precious present moment for one full minute.
And if a thought pops up,
That's okay.
Just come back to the feeling of you being fully present.
Letting that go,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Feeling all that positive energy and letting it go.
And when you're ready,
You can wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes and open your eyes.
And I hope you stay with this feeling for the rest of your day.
