Explore MeditationTamara Grossutti is a longtime yoga practitioner, meditator, teacher and climate activist. Her mindfulness practice is deeply rooted in her connection to nature and community. She believes that by deepening our connection to the natural world and each other, we can collectively overcome the current challenges that our world faces. She has found yoga and meditation profoundly healing on her own journey of living with trauma, anxiety, and ecological grief and is inspired to share these mindfulness tools with others. She is a mama to a rambunctious toddler - her greatest mindfulness teacher to date. She lives and guides yoga and meditation classes in Toronto and online on Insight Timer.
