I wish that I could give this a 4.9. Thinking of grief in waves is a very good description. However, the meditation presumes that the waves always get smaller. My experience with the meditation this morning was that the waves got smaller, but then a rogue large wave came bursting through. That said, I’ll be coming back to this meditation, as it’s relatively short and gives me a way to deal with my grief.

This helped me become more centered and grounded! I typically have nightmares at night, so this is a great practice and reminder for feeling safe in the morning for me
