Meditation Timer OnlineFor more than three decades, Tracy Bradley has worked with people in a profession centered on appearance. While helping others feel beautiful on the outside, she came to understand a deeper truth—that lasting contentment is never found in how we look, but in the relationship we have with ourselves. This understanding became the foundation of her work as a meditation teacher, yoga educator, and founder of Kind by tmr. Through meditation, Tracy gently guides people away from striving, self-judgement, and the constant search for "more", inviting them instead to return to the quiet place within where peace already exists. Her teachings are influenced by mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy, breath awareness, and embodied movement, yet they remain simple, practical, and deeply human. Rather than offering techniques to fix yourself, Tracy's meditations encourage you to soften, become present, and rediscover the wisdom that has always been there. Whether exploring fear, self-worth, acceptance, compassion, or the art of letting go, her calming guidance creates a space where you can simply be. Tracy believes that meditation isn't about becoming a better version of yourself—it's about remembering that you were never lacking in the first place. Her greatest hope is that every meditation helps you leave with a little more peace, a little more kindness toward yourself, and the feeling of coming home.
