Explore MeditationJess is a Portland, Oregon-based Indigenous spiritualist (enrolled Cow Creek Umpqua), meditation teacher, and astrologer. Her journey into esoteric practices began in childhood and has since evolved into a deeply integrated part of her life and work. Before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jess worked for several years as a counselor, during which time she developed original group curriculum centered on mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and emotional intelligence. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from Portland State University, with a counseling focus on serving the Indigenous community. Jess is also a Level II Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and certified 200-hour yoga instructor. Since 2020, she has been a dedicated student of meditation, continuously pursuing education and training in mindfulness practices. In 2021, she attended the Nightlight Astrology School, studying Hellenistic astrology, and has since found deep fulfillment in weaving astrology into healing work and personal guidance through birth chart exploration. Two Moons Wellness is her offering—a space where Indigenous culture, academic foundation, and esoteric studies meet. Through this work, Jess helps others reconnect the body, mind, and spirit in harmony with the universal flow.
