As we begin,
Allow yourself to find a comfortable seat,
Feeling the weight of your body grounded into the earth.
Moving into an upright and relaxed posture,
Relaxing the space in between the brow,
Allowing the shoulders to melt away from the ears.
As we move into this meditation,
Just recognizing when daydreaming,
Letting go of thoughts,
Allowing them to pass.
Nothing to go into,
Nothing to reject,
Simply being.
Rest fully in this awareness of what's happening now.
What's happening now is without a script.
It's happening spontaneously in the moment.
So,
Notice as you sit,
If there's any sort of self-imposing judgment of what meditation is,
Let that go.
Meditation is what it is.
It's always here.
It's simply what is happening now.
So,
Awaken into this living moment,
Letting go of preferences,
Letting go of any sort of seeking,
Allowing yourself to move into a space of emptiness where everything arises.
This is the place where peace dwells.
Through presence,
Peace arises.
Any movements here you like,
Finding our hands together in prayer to the heart,
The God in me sees the God in you.
Namaste.
