Her meditations are slow, grounding, and accessible, created to support rest, emotional steadiness, and self-trust. Tracy’s guidance is especially supportive for those who feel overstimulated, burned out, or disconnected, offering practices that emphasize softness, stillness and nervous system balance. Drawing from yoga philosophy, subtle body wisdom, breath work, and lived experience, Tracy weaves together traditional teachings with a modern, nervous-system-informed approach. Her voice and pacing invite listeners to settle out of mental overdrive and into a deeper sense of safety and presence. When not in the yoga studio, you'll find Tracy making jewelry in her silversmith home studio.
