Take a moment to arrive,

There's nothing you need to prepare for this moment.

Let your body settle exactly as it is right now.

Notice what's holding you.

Maybe you're lying on the floor or in a comfortable chair.

Maybe you're in your bed.

Wherever you are,

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Feel your body settle.

Sink in.

Nothing is required of you right now.

Let this be your mantra.

My body has an amazing capacity to heal.

Bring your attention to your breath.

The breath moves in and the breath moves out.

Every exhale carrying you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And now sweep your awareness to your physical body.

Notice where there is strength,

Where there is firmness,

And where there is resilience.

And notice where there is softness,

Pliability,

And ease.

There's nothing wrong with either.

Strength and softness both belong together.

It's a balance of effort and ease.

And if it feels good in your body,

Silently offer your body these words.

You don't have to protect anymore.

Let that land without forcing it.

You don't have to hold or grip what no longer is needed.

And you're safe to release what doesn't serve your greatest good.

There's no deadline for letting go.

No requirement to prove anything at all.

Your body knows what it's ready to release and when.

My body has an amazing capacity to heal.

And now bring your awareness to your center,

Your belly,

Your hips,

And your legs.

These are places of movement,

Of propulsion,

Of carrying you forward.

And quietly acknowledge,

I can move my body with ease.

I can respond.

I am not stuck in a holding pattern.

If there's any part of you that has been holding out of caution,

Or out of memory,

Or out of protection,

Let it know.

Thank you.

You can rest now.

Know that anything your body no longer needs can soften,

Can loosen.

It can drift away.

Not pushed or forced.

It's simply no longer required.

You don't have to know what is being released.

You don't have to track it.

Your job is only to stay present and kind.

And offer your body one final message.

You are safe now.

We can trust this process.

And when you're ready,

Begin to notice the space around you again.

The room that you're in.

Feel the support beneath you.

The steadiness of the moment.

The calmness of the moment.

There's nothing you need to push back into.

Now take this sense of safety with you.

Let it continue to do its quiet work.

And if you found this meditation helpful,

Consider leaving a review as it helps others find it who also might need it.

Your body has an amazing capacity to heal.

You are strong and resilient.
