Meditation Timer OnlineMelina Linden is a holistic psychologist dedicated to empowering individuals to lead richer, more meaningful lives by integrating mind, body, and spirit. In 2016, she graduated with first-class honors in Psychology from the University of Southampton, having also completed a semester abroad at the University of Sydney. Her journey into holistic practices began in 2018, when she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in India. This training laid the foundation for her belief in the interconnectedness of mind and body. In 2020, she founded Melina Linden Holistic Psychology & Yoga, where she blends clinical psychology with yoga and mindfulness practices. Her approach is deeply influenced by her ongoing studies and certifications. In 2023, she expanded her expertise with a breathwork training from Inner Resources Breathwork and a 300-hour yoga teacher training in India. Melina’s commitment to evidence-based practice is further demonstrated by her certification in ACT under the guidance of Dr. Russ Harris in 2024. She is also a published author in the Journal of Technology in Human Services and an active member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. Having traveled to over 45 countries and lived in 8, Melina’s global experiences have profoundly shaped her holistic approach to wellness. She believes that understanding diverse cultures and practices enriches her ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
