In this meditation, my intention is to guide you through a body scan - inviting in awareness and softening. Often when we become very active in our mind, our thoughts begin racing and this can often give us a feeling of stuckness. When you can however return your awareness to the felt sensation, you can invite in the release of anything that you may have been holding on to.
