Explore MeditationAlicia is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation guide who discovered yoga’s deeper purpose more than two decades ago. What began as movement on the mat unfolded into a pathway of inner strength, helping her navigate a lifelong journey with anxiety while opening the door to healing, presence, and self-discovery. As a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, her training has revealed that yoga is far more than movement—it is a holistic practice that transforms mind, body, and spirit. Along the way, she became certified in Reiki I & II, Somatic Healing, Therapeutic Sound, Yin Yoga, as well as Primordial Sound Meditation through the Chopra Center. She has also studied mindfulness and meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and is currently completing an 875-hour Yoga Therapy certification through the C-IAYT to expand her ability to guide others with compassion and care. For Alicia, yoga and meditation are not about reaching a destination but embracing the journey. Through breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic practices, she shares tools that help quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with inner light.
