
Back Pain Relief Affirmations

If your back has been tight or aching, this is for you. I wrote these affirmations for myself during a time when I was dealing with back pain, and I was surprised by how much they helped soften it. As I changed the way I spoke to my body, something shifted. My breath deepened, the gripping eased, and I felt more supported from within. Back pain can be linked to pressure and holding too much. These words gently remind your nervous system that it’s safe to soften. Listen lying down or seated comfortably and simply let the affirmations land. I hope they support you the way they supported me.
