The music, and especially the timing of breath with the music, was outstanding. The first day was an introduction and the last day was simply the 3 previous days' tracks played back to back. So I'm not really sure why this was a couse, as opposed to standalone tracks. But anyway I enjoyed and benefitted from the breathwork and the gentle, expert guidance.
