Find a comfortable position where you feel relaxed,
Where you feel that you can let go,
Free of distractions,
Someplace you feel safe,
Someplace you feel secure and connected.
Slowly and gently close your eyes,
Focus on the area of your heart,
And imagine that there is an anchor that's in your heart,
And you let that anchor drop down into the earth beneath you.
Let it go down as deep as possible.
Focus on your feet,
Feeling their connection to the surface beneath you.
Imagine that there's a ball of light,
And it's moving up your body,
It's moving up your feet,
To your ankles,
That ball of light is moving up your legs,
It's moving up your knees and your thighs and your hips,
It's moving up your abdomen,
Up to your chest.
The light is filling up your arms,
Filling up your neck and your head.
You breathe in the light and you hold your breath when the light reaches the top of your head for the count of three,
And you release your breath and you visualize and feel the lights moving back down your body,
Back down your face and your neck,
Back down your arms and your shoulders,
Back down your chest,
You feel the light moving back down your abdomen,
Back down your thighs and your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles and your feet.
Once again as you breathe in,
You fill up your body with light,
You hold the light at the top of your head for the count of three,
And you release and visualize and feel the light moving back down your body towards your feet.
And once again,
You breathe in,
Filling your body up with light,
Holding your breath at the top of your head for the count of three,
And releasing the light back down your body.
Paying attention to the surface beneath you.
Imagine that surface is a giant sponge that's absorbing all the weight of your body,
And you feel inside lighter,
You feel your spirit moving up as your body sinks into the surface beneath you.
You have a few precious moments in time now to align yourself with the universe.
Imagine that you are looking up towards the skies.
Look above and notice what it is that you see,
What it is that you feel,
What you feel drawn to.
As you look towards the skies above,
Experience the universe just for you.
The universe,
Your universe,
Is all the time gifting you with messages,
