This is a great course, I realized that I didn’t finish it when you posted it and I opened it. Anyway it was very helpful to me to learn I didn’t have to actually nap to take a nap since I wasn’t a napper. Since the course I do nap daily now, it’s part of my routine. So good! The course completely changed my perspective of napping and is guided very lovingly. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into this course.
