Hi and welcome to this guided morning meditation to start your day positively,

Ignite your happiness and empower your day with success.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Allowing yourself to make any adjustments and settling in,

Let your awareness rest on the breath now,

Just follow the breath in and out,

Letting each inhale and exhale guide you into a state of relaxation,

Disconnecting from the outer world and connecting a little deeper with your inner world,

Now as you breathe in gently elongate your spine and as you exhale let your shoulders slide down naturally,

Allowing the top of the head and the muscles of the face to soften completely,

Letting go of any tension that you might be experiencing in the physical body,

Consciously softening the hands,

Relaxing each individual finger,

Relaxing your legs,

Softening each individual toe,

Now let your awareness rest on the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye,

Though not a physical structure,

It is associated with intuition and deeper insight,

Now visualize that you are watching your life unfold through this third eye,

Like watching a movie in a cinema,

In this mental movie you see yourself performing at your peak,

Effortlessly and joyfully moving through your day,

Achieving success and empowerment in every action,

Noticing every detail of your ideal day,

Feeling the sensations associated with this and tapping in to feeling the emotions of what your ideal day feels like,

Now really visualize your interactions of this ideal day,

Whether it's handling a work task with ease,

Meeting clients confidently or just smoothly managing your daily responsibilities and errands,

Paying attention to the details,

The clothes you wear,

The environment around you and the sensations within your body,

Now transition from observing this movie to stepping into it,

Experiencing it firsthand,

Feel yourself immersed in this ideal day,

Experiencing every detail from within your body,

Looking out through your eyes,

As you fully embody this experience,

Absorb the feelings of ease,

Joy and success that permeate every cell of your being,

Now when you are ready,

Gently bring your focus back to the present moment,

Gradually becoming aware of the room that you are in,

Maybe hearing the sounds around you,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Reconnecting with your physical self,

If your eyes were shut,

Gently open them and greet this moment with a smile,

Carry this sense of empowerment and positivity with you as you step into your day,
