Throughout the history of humanity,
All the people,
All the races,
And the religions have spoken about a creative fountain or source of this universe,
A source that has given origin to this which we know as life.
And as human beings,
We have asked many questions around the truth of this force in this existence.
And the presence of the Creator or the existence of the Creator has tried to be proven.
So we're going to share the experience and the teachings of our indigenous ancestors.
Our indigenous ancestors from Alaska to the Patagonia have recognized this power experiencing itself in everything that exists.
And it's been called many different names as well.
It's been called the Great Spirit,
Quetzalcoatl,
Tonkashila.
They've also recognized this power experiencing itself on this earth.
And it's called Tonantzin Pachamama.
And like this,
Many,
Many names have been given to this creative fountain.
So our indigenous ancestors,
They said that this creative fountain of life is love.
The love that is experiencing itself in everything that exists.
That it is experiencing itself in a dual manner.
The day,
The night,
The light,
The dark.
The pleasant and the unpleasant.
And all of it is love.
And why is it love and not something else?
The elders say that everything that exists in this universe is there with a purpose.
That this force,
This power,
Has a purpose in everything.
That it serves for something.
And love is service.
And our ancestors saw that this force serves in an unconditional way.
And love is unconditional.
That is why love is the universal name of the creator of life.
Those who speak of the Great Spirit speak about love.
Those who speak about the Holy Spirit speak about love.
Those who speak about God speak about love.
So love is this force that is experiencing itself in everything that we see and don't see.
Every tree,
Every star,
Every bird,
Is an experience of love.
And we ourselves are also an experience of love.
But also through history we have perhaps heard about God as this force or a power that is in heaven,
That is out there somewhere.
It's something that is far away out there in the infinite.
But our elders,
They would say that the Great Spirit is everywhere.
It's close by.
It's inside,
Outside,
Above,
Below.
It is in every atom of our body.
It is in every particle of everything that exists.
Everything that happens is directed by this creative fountain of life.
Now we're going to speak about how we can feel this presence in our life.
How can we identify the creator of life within us?
And for this it's necessary to be present.
Our indigenous ancestors would say that the Great Spirit inhabits only in the present.
And from the present it becomes eternal.
And what do we need to inhabit the present?
It is to go to our heart.
Because when we are in our mind,
Our mind is very influenced by our ego.
And our ego is outside of time.
Because it's always thinking out there in the future or in the past.
We are always trying to resolve things.
And that takes us out of the possibility of having a majestic experience that inhabits in the present.
That is why our ancestors spoke about learning to go to the heart.
And how do I know that I am going to the heart?
Because we are inhabiting what is in the heart.
Everything that feels beautiful.
Everything that brings us peace.
Is aligned with our heart.
Everything that darkens our life.
What doesn't feel good.
The judgment,
The anger,
The pride,
The sadness.
It is an experience of the Creator in our life through our ego.
And it is outside of time.
But it is not bad.
It is also there with a purpose.
Our elders say that we can choose the life experience that we want.
So when we learn to go to our heart,
We align our mind with what is in the center of our being,
In our heart.
We think beautifully.
We inhabit in gratitude.
We recognize the blessings of what we have.
Immediately that aligns us with our heart.
And in this way we become a witness of an energy of harmony that flows through us.
And this energy of harmony,
Of peace and beauty is the presence of the Creator in an elevated vibration of well-being.
And so when we are happy and grateful and we become a witness of that gratitude,
That happiness,
We become spectators of the joy that is flowing in the moment.
We become spectators of the gratitude that we experience.
And there we are feeling God.
So when we are eating a delicious dessert,
We say,
Wow,
This is so good.
There we say,
Oh Creator,
I feel you through this dessert.
When I'm tired and I sit in a comfortable couch,
And I become conscious of that pleasure,
Of that rest,
The embrace,
The softness and warmth of the couch.
Of that rest,
The embrace,
The softness and warmth of the couch.
And I say,
Wow,
Oh Creator,
You feel so good in this couch.
When we see our children happy or any child that's happy,
Our family members smiling.
And I inhabit that moment consciously.
And I say,
Oh Creator,
I feel you.
And this way we begin to establish a conscious connection,
A constant dialogue with this infinite fountain of love.
And this way we begin to establish a conscious connection,
A constant dialogue with this infinite fountain of love.
We start to become aware that the Creator of life is not somewhere out there far away.
We see that it is real,
That it is so close and so huge.
When we laugh,
Also when we cry,
We can feel the pleasure of that release of crying.
And I say,
I feel you,
Great Spirit.
Thank you for cleansing the sadness.
And in this way we begin to direct ourselves towards well-being.
Also when we are afraid or when we are angry and we pray and we say,
Oh Creator,
Transform this fear,
Transform this anger with your love.
And I go to my heart.
And this means that I don't continue to feed that anger,
That fear,
That sadness.
And instead of feeding all of that density and that fear,
I say,
I'm going to watch something funny or I'm going to listen to this music that I love.
This is how I begin to direct my life in the favor of well-being.
And I say,
Thank you,
Oh Creator.
And we turn this into a way of life by the hand of the Creator.
One day at a time in simple things.
And we begin to have a constant and permanent communion with the Creative Source of Life.
I begin to transform myself into an instrument of that love that flows through me.
When someone is sad and I make them smile or laugh or if I arrive to a place where there is chaos and I pray to the Creator to give me a good word.
And I invoke love for those words to come out of me with love.
And I begin to experience the presence of the Creator flowing through my words.
And in the same way,
When my thoughts are wanting to take me deeply into density and I pray and I go to my heart and I change that thought for the gratitude for what I have.
Always looking for the good.
I begin to feel so good because I am saving I am holding on to the energy that I am not draining on the anger,
The void the lingering within the density.
In this way,
My daily life starts to transform into a union of beautiful loving and harmonious experiences and moments in my life.
It's said that I begin to enter in a divine grace and that is the presence of the Creator in me.
Wishing that love may guide your life so that you may always be a witness of the presence of the Creator in your life so that your way of life speaks of the presence of the Creator.
May your laughter speak of the Creator.
May your actions speak of the Creator.
May your well-being speak of the Creator.
When we transform the density there,
We are speaking of the Creator.
The elders would say that this is to walk a prayer.
A big hug to you.
