Transcript

Welcome to your guided meditation.

This is Anj Cats.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes.

Feel your sit bones rooting deep down into the earth.

Begin to lengthen your spine,

Tall,

Reaching the crown of your head up towards the sky.

Take a deep inhale all the way to the top of your lungs and exhale fully,

Arriving in the present moment,

Dedicating this time to your practice.

Bring your awareness to the tip of your nose and begin to follow your breath.

Each inhale,

Each exhale.

Follow the breath as if you were watching the ocean pulling in and waves coming out.

When a thought arises,

Notice your thought and bring your awareness back to the tip of your nose.

Using each inhale and each exhale.

Notice if a thought arises.

That is what our mind is supposed to do.

Be gentle with the thought.

Acknowledge the thought and steer your mind back to your breath.

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a nice long deep inhale.

Full exhale.

Deep inhale all the way to the top of your lungs and exhale fully.

Bring your hands to heart center.

Thank you so much.

Thank you.
