Anna is a meditation and mindfulness teacher in Los Angeles, California. Some of her offerings include: leading mindfulness assemblies for elementary school children, hosting guided meditations and sound baths, coaching individuals, and leading mindfulness walks for companies, religious groups and other organizations. Anna is a somatic practitioner and a Buddhist practitioner in the Plum Village tradition as led by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation, mindfulness and nervous system regulation with her community and the world.
