But don't label anything with words in your mind and don't judge what you notice.
Just let it be.
Simply notice this moment as it is.
Everything from the obvious to the subtle.
The various sounds.
How your body feels inside your clothes.
The rhythmic expansion and release of your breath.
Most importantly,
Notice the calmness of your breath.
The peaceful stillness at the center of your being.
There is a deep contentment here that needs nothing else to feel calm.

There is a pure shining radiant joy of simply being.
It's always here,
Always available.
We just tend to overlook it,
Especially when caught up with thoughts in the midst of the busyness of our day.

You need yourself to stop every once in a while to take breaks like this in order to invite more peace and calm into your life.
