Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to eliminate overwhelm from setbacks.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within.

Bring your attention to your heart and your breath.

Notice how your breath flows through your heart.

Allow yourself to breathe.

Notice how you don't need to do anything to allow yourself to breathe.

Simply observe,

Do nothing and allow yourself to relax into the present moment awareness.

Notice any energies flowing to your body.

If you're experiencing setbacks,

Allow yourself to get excited for these new opportunities by remembering that there are no setbacks.

There are detours,

Excitements and new adventures to explore.

And if you feel any overwhelm,

It's because you created.

And since you created it,

You can uncreate it,

Recreate it and alchemize it into anything you like.

So simply breathe and remember who you are,

An architect of your reality,

Emotional alchemist.

You get to choose what you feel by controlling what you imagine,

What you believe to be true.

So allow yourself to accept that these seeming setbacks are acceleration curves for your business growth.

They are tests and stepping stones to get you where you want faster.

So remain calm,

Focused and relaxed.

Having calm assurance that every problem has its solution.

Every problem already has its solution.

So make sure to relax your eyes and soften your gaze.

Loosen your face,

Jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

Release and let go.

Simply breathe and notice what you notice.

Allow yourself to feel.

Remember,

You create your feelings by imagining scenarios.

Instead,

What would I need to imagine for me to feel this way?

And simply answer the question from a pure place in your heart.

Allow the answer to be to come to you through love,

Peace,

Bliss,
