If a heartbreak paralyzes your business,
Then consider it a kind wake-up call.
First,
Heal your heartbreak so you can have full presence for yourself and your business.
Second,
Get yourself out of business.
Stop managing it and become true owner of it,
Where you only do the things that you love and only because you want to.
So let's go step by step.
To heal your heartbreak,
First allow it to happen fast without insisting or needing it to happen either fast or slow.
Many people just wait for it to happen,
Subconsciously not allowing themselves to feel,
Therefore prolonging the heartbreak.
Realize what heartbreak is and what it is not.
It is not love being taken away from you.
It is not because you love someone way too much and it's not your heart being pulled out,
Ripped out and taken away.
This is not happening,
Even though it may feel like this is it.
It feels like that because part of you is imagining that this is what's happening.
What's actually happening is that you are forgetting who you are,
That you are infinite love and love is available within you right now and you're forgetting to love yourself first.
So love yourself right here,
Right now and that's why we meditate.
To remember who we are and love and heal.
So let's practice.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this heart healing meditation to release heartbreaks and remember your true essence in love.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes and go within.
Put your attention on your breath through your heart.
Every breath gently touching your heart.
Allow yourself to feel without needing to judge,
Analyze or understand why these feelings are there.
Just for the moment you will understand.
It will make sense later.
For the moment just feel,
Focus on actual physical sensations without judging them comfortable,
Discomfortable,
Bearable,
Unbearable.
Just feel and relax into feeling your heart,
Your body.
Allow yourself to be in a present moment.
As you relax and ease into your present moment in your body,
In your heart.
Make sure to relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze and face.
Loosen your jaw,
Neck and shoulders.
Open your chest,
Release and relax.
Keep breathing through your heart.
And remember you have a pure place in your heart right now.
Overflowing with unconditional love for you and all beings.
Just remember who this is and you have access to your heart.
It's our intention to remember the love that you already have within.
And the shortest path to this love is remembering it and allowing yourself to feel it right now.
In any feeling you feel as it is by appreciating feelings you have right now.
Knowing full well that they lead you towards more love,
More happiness,
More fulfillment.
And as you feel your feelings,
Notice your thoughts,
Notice what you're imagining about these feelings.
No guilt,
No shame for imagining unfaithful,
Hurtful things.
That's okay.
Bring your mind back to your heart,
To your loving heart.
And remember this,
You wouldn't experience heartbreak if you didn't love and care so much.
It is a sign of loving and caring heart.
Paradoxically,
It feels hurtful because you stop loving and caring for yourself.
So take a moment to love and care for yourself as much as you did for the other.
The one that you feel created this heartbreak.
Let them go,
Let them be,
Let them have all the love you gave,
Let them be with them.
And remember,
You have much more,
Much more love available within you right now.
Bring that love for yourself just by remembering that you already are loved and fulfilled,
If nothing else,
By yourself.
Allow yourself to feel.
