Welcome,

Dear one,

Allowing yourself to be comfortable,

Seated or lying down,

Your spine straight,

Relax your shoulders,

Rest your palms,

With your smile softly close your eyes,

Tuning into your body and breath,

Now take a deep breath in,

Breathe out gently,

Again a deep breath in,

Breathe out slowly,

A slow nourishing breath in,

And breathe out,

Relax,

Breathe softly,

And with each exhale let go of any stress or tension,

Allowing your mind to be calm,

Welcoming your day with this inner calm and presence,

Slowly bring your awareness to your heart space,

Imagine a soft sphere of light glowing within your heart space,

This light represents your inner love aligned with confidence,

It always lives within you,

With the right amount of confidence that you need for your day,

If you could maybe place your palms gently over your heart,

Repeat after me silently or out loud,

I am confident,

My confidence comes from within,

Just for today I release my fears and doubts,

My soul is full of courage and confidence,

I am strong ready and believe in myself,

Now rest your palms,

Breathe and embrace this feeling for a few moments with gratitude,

Carrying this confidence into your day,

Now allow a deep breath in,

Slowly open your eyes,

Coming back fully to the space around you,

From my heart to yours.
