In a comfortable seated position or lying on the floor on your back,
Allow your eyes to close and feel your body relax.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breaths by noticing your inhalation and exhalation.
Continue this awareness for next few breaths.
For next 6 minutes we are going to do balanced breath.
Simply inhale through your nose slowly and steadily.
