Good morning,

My friend.

Relax and be kind.

Kindness is strength.

Kindness is power.

Kindness helps us understand more about life,

Even difficult situations.

Kindness allows us to spread love,

Joy,

Compassion by letting go of any anxiety,

Judgment,

Resentment.

To embrace the gift of life with overflowing peace and relaxation.

Let's begin our morning meditation.

Relax and be kind.

Gently stretch your body.

Now in a comfortable seated position,

Spine straight,

Shoulders relaxed,

Rest your palms facing open on your laps and close your eyes.

Bring your awareness into your breath.

Embracing the natural rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.

Now we will do 10 rounds of slow belly breathing.

Breathing in slowly into your belly.

Breathing out,

Relaxing your belly.

Breathing in slowly into your belly.

Breathing out slowly,

Relaxing your belly.

8 more rounds.

Now relax.

And breathe naturally.

As you breathe,

Repeat the affirmations in your mind and feel them in your heart.

Now breathe in,

I am relaxed.

Breathe out,

I am kind with myself.

Breathe in,

I am relaxed.

I am kind with myself.

I am relaxed.

I am kind with myself.

Now breathe in,

Kindness is my strength.

Breathe out,

Being kind is my superpower.

Kindness is my strength.

Being kind is my superpower.

Kindness is my strength.

Being kind is my superpower.

Now breathe in,

My heart is filled with love and kindness.

Breathe out,

I radiate love and kindness wherever I go.

Now relax and breathe naturally.

Maybe you can place your palms gently over your heart.

Feeling that you are breathing to and through your heart.

Embracing the peaceful rhythm of your breath.

Awakening the power of love and kindness for yourself.

Feeling grateful for all the love and kindness in your heart.

Feeling grateful for all the love and kindness you have in your life.
