There is order in what may seem or feel chaotic and that things are always working out for your highest good.
You may be seated or lie down for this meditation.
Choose what is best for you at this time and let's begin.
As you begin to settle in,
Gently place your hands in the center of your chest so that one is slightly above the other.
Your hands will remain here for the duration of the meditation.
Begin to notice your heartbeat as you focus on your breath and just breathe.
Continue to breathe with conscious awareness.
Just breathe in and out at your own pace,
Your own rate,
And your own rhythm.
As you're breathing in and breathing out,
Begin to repeat silently or aloud.
In this moment,
All is well.
And just continue breathing in and out,
Knowing that all is well.
At the end of this meditation,
You will hear a bell to indicate the transition back to your room and the present moment.
Just breathe.
And as your thoughts arise,
Repeat in this moment,
All is well.
Place your hands over your eyes and continue to breathe as you open your eyes to bring your awareness back to the present moment and where you are currently.
Take this moment with you throughout your day and remember,
No matter how things appear,
Emotions are always working out for your highest and greatest good because in this moment,
All is well.
