Welcome! Becky was born in England and moved to North Carolina, USA as a child, so her voice is unique! She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trained yoga teacher. As a therapist, Becky loves incorporating mindfulness into her sessions with clients and believes everyone can benefit from meditation. She has taught both vinyasa and restorative yoga. Becky enjoys being outside, swimming, and reading with her little one.
