Go ahead,
Allow yourself to settle into your meditation posture.
When you're ready,
You can gently close your eyes,
Inviting yourself into the world within,
Acknowledging your humanness,
Acknowledging this expansive world within as you close your eyes,
Sensing into your physical body from within.
Just for at least 25 minutes together,
Can you give yourself permission to relax,
Allowing your physical body to let go of attachment,
Let go of any gripping or holding,
And knowing very well that throughout your meditation practice,
There will be those physical sensations,
Environmental distractions,
Those thoughts,
Those impulses,
And to notice them without becoming them and coming back to this guided meditation,
Bringing you some relief,
Some expansiveness,
Release,
And connectedness.
Let's all take a deep inhale together through your nose,
Slowly,
And letting go on the exhale out through your nose,
Slowly,
Emptying your lungs.
When you think they're empty,
Emptying them a little bit more,
Inviting a full,
Abundant breath through your nose,
Slowly and fully,
And as you feel you've reached mass capacity for your inhale,
Can you inhale a little bit more and release through your nose,
Slowly releasing even more,
Even more than that,
Completely emptying your lungs,
Inviting a big,
Abundant inhale,
Slowly,
Fully,
Sensing into the expansiveness,
Inviting a little bit more,
A little bit more,
And letting go when you're ready,
Emptying your lungs slowly,
Even slower.
You feel that you've emptied it all.
Can you empty a little bit more,
And then a little bit more,
Then letting go,
Inviting anew in the inhale,
Slowly and fully,
Filling all the spaces of your lungs,
Filling a little bit more,
A little bit more,
And releasing your breath,
Releasing it to your body,
Allowing your body to breathe you in this moment,
Not controlling it,
Sensing into gratitude for your body's availability to breathe you,
Without you needing to do a thing in this moment,
This wonder,
Allowing for all the spaces in your physical body to be sensed into that spaciousness.
If there's any area of your physical body that can use some release,
Invite your breath to move in those spaces,
Allowing your physical body to relax,
Relaxing even more to a greater degree than you've allowed yourself before,
Relaxing,
Giving your physical body a break,
So you can allow your awareness to fall deeper into the inner world within,
Your body completely supported by the intelligence of life,
Surrendering it up to that intelligence,
Allowing that intelligence to care for your physical body in the most uplifting way,
Without you needing to do a thing.
This inner world within,
This expansiveness,
Is far greater than this physical life.
Allow your attention to be placed here,
This world within where you are connected to all things,
This world within where you are wholeness,
Where you are unconditional love,
Where you have the freedom and strength to love greatly,
Connect into this enormous aspect of you.
Notice as you do this,
The power within grows,
This world within with it,
Sensing into the love that's shared with you,
The love of the universe,
The love that resides here in the spirit side of life.
Take a moment here,
Be with this connection and love,
Surrendering into the experience of the world within,
The infinite expanse of love that's right here,
Allowing for yourself to be bathed with this love,
With this connection,
Sensing into the power of it,
Giving you strength and courage to love greatly,
This physical existence,
Nurturing this relationship by giving it your attention,
Knowing very well that it's been here all along,
Waiting for you,
Loving you into life.
This love that's within,
That's beyond measure,
That is you and your wholeness,
That gives you strength and power and courage as you move through this physical life,
Fully rooted and connected with this love,
Taking a moment to notice,
Feels to be connected,
So you can come back to it in any moment throughout your daily life.
Begin to notice how it feels to be fully connected to this love within,
In every cell of your physical body,
Beginning to notice your physical body in full alignment with this love,
Knowing that this inner world always stays,
And this physical life is always changing,
Knowing at any given moment you can be reminded by this loving world within,
By drawing your awareness right here,
Connecting into gratitude for this powerful relationship,
Bringing your awareness into your physical body,
Allowing your hands to rest upon your heart,
Acknowledging yourself,
Acknowledging your humanness,
Acknowledging the world within,
This eternal life,
This expansive love that's always right here.
