In this meditation, we dive deep into the greater awareness (that loving observer) within. When we do this, we can notice our physical life, and be liberated into ultimate healing and unified harmony both in mind-body, and spirit. From there, we start to realize we can create a more empowered life. Action: When something irritates you. Notice it. Know you are not it. Connect to your heart, and keep it open. Then respond from there.

And welcome everybody meditating live and with this recording.

Glad you're all here.

And make any final adjustments to your meditation posture.

Allow your meditation posture to be set and start to breathe.

You're already breathing but breathing intentionally.

And while you're breathing,

Notice the inhales through your nose.

Let's exhale through our mouths.

Deeper inhale in this one.

Exhaling up your belly,

Your chest,

Your lungs and release on the exhale,

Letting it go.

Breathing in inviting a fresh new breath.

Exhaling,

Letting go of all the rest.

Take some breaths here on your own,

Big abundant inhales and full exhales releasing everything.

Breathing in on this one even fuller than the one before.

And a gentle sigh on your exhale with an ahhh.

Let it be audible.

Let it be a relief and a release at the same time.

Nothing to hold on to.

Just let it go with every exhale.

Breathing in claiming this time for you.

Breathing out letting go of everything else.

Nothing to plan for,

Nothing to organize,

Nothing to figure out,

Nothing to contemplate.

Can you set it all aside,

All your pain,

All your difficulties?

Go ahead and set it aside just for right now.

Just be right here with your breath.

Begin to notice the physical spaces in your body.

Maybe there's some spaces that is holding some tension.

Just notice and invite release through your breath.

And just as you notice the thoughts that come and go,

You notice your physical sensations in your body.

You notice these things,

Which means you are not it.

Begin to wonder who is observing these noticings.

And bringing more peace and ease to all the spaces in your physical body.

Being the creator of peace in your mind and body.

By noticing moment by moment.

And let's breathe in and out through our heart.

Breathing in to your heart and out from your heart.

This beautiful,

Powerful space in your heart,

Allowing your attention to fall and breathe here.

Who is noticing this experience?

Who is noticing your beautiful heart right now?

Who is breathing your beautiful body?

Who is beating your divine heart?

Allow your awareness to expand into that.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

Being with this greater awareness.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to surrender to it.

When distractions come,

Just notice.

Become aware of who is noticing and unfold into that greater awareness.

Unraveling every part of your being into this greater awareness.

Until all that you're experiencing now is this divine awareness.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

Let it hold you.

Holding you as you dissolve into it.

Allow yourself to be held.

Allow yourself to let go.

Becoming one with this divine love and intelligence.

There is nowhere else to be because this is all that you are.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

And just for this moment,

Can you surrender even more?

Surrender your awareness in this love.

This greater intelligence.

This divine creator.

In this moment,

Allow for all the healing that is yours.

Allow yourself to be liberated into perfect harmony.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

Can you allow yourself to resonate with this divine healing within you?

Your mind,

Body,

And spirit in complete harmony and union with the divine.

Allowing the fullness of your attention to be with it.

And envisioning yourself moving throughout your daily life.

In this harmony,

Unified with love.

Feeling liberated and empowered at the same time.

While all the distractions of your physical life are there,

You are fully connected and at one with a greater intelligence within and can notice.

Go ahead and place your hands over your beautiful heart.

Sensing into gratitude for this physical life,

For this oneness that's within,

And for your availability to empower your life into love and liberation.

Feel into that gratitude.
