I am Bella Luna and welcome to this guided meditation and visualization journey.
Before we begin,
Please make sure that you are in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
It is not advisable to listen to this recording while driving or operating heavy machinery.
Ensure that you are a good temperature and that you have a glass of water or another drink nearby.
If you need to arrange any of these things,

By breathing,
By inhaling this precious oxygen into our body,
We are feeding our cells and our organs with the rich nutrients they need to thrive,
To heal,
To regenerate themselves and stay healthy.
We breathe all the time,
Consciously and unconsciously,
Awake and asleep.
Still we breathe.
But the difference between unconscious and conscious breathing can be the difference between a busy,
Manic mind and a quiet,
Peaceful one.
Deep breathing allows an increased concentration of oxygen-rich air to fill our lungs,
Thus feeding our cells on a greater scale and resulting in a stronger immune system and healthier organ function.
A simple yet highly effective breathing technique is to inhale deeply through the nose for a count of four,
Hold this breath for a further count of four and exhale fully and completely through the mouth for a count of eight.
Whilst we do this breathing exercise,
Place one hand gently on your abdomen and the other gently on your chest so you may connect with the ebbing and flowing of this life-giving breath.
Now let's begin breathing.

Now when you are ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Rubbing the palms of your hands together,
Lightly stamping your feet on the ground,
Feeling into that connection beneath you,
Slowly coming back into the body.
And when you are ready,
Bring your complete attention back into the room,
Slowly open your eyes and take a sip of water.
