Take a deep breath in and then slowly breathe out take another slow deep breath in feel your chest rise as the brand new fresh cool clean air fills your lungs pause at the top of your breath and feel the cool clean air spread out from your chest filling every inch of your body with brand new energy and slowly breathe out take one more slow deep breath in pause and breathe out notice the weight of your body notice how it gently sinks into the surface that you're sitting or lying on start to relax every part of your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head feel the soles of your feet relax your ankles and your calves relax any tension in your knees your thighs and squeeze and release the muscles of your butt notice tension anywhere in your lower body and then breathe through that tension and just feel it relax on your next breath in gently push your belly out and then breathing slowly in pull in your belly focus on your chest your shoulders your arms and one by one feel them all relax feel the warmth of your heart beating steadily and strongly in your chest feel how your heart is bringing you strength hope love now feel the energy being released from your fingers as you relax your whole upper body notice any tingling sensations as that relaxing energy circulates throughout your body relax your facial muscles soften your brow gently part your lips relax your eyelids feel the weight of gravity grounding every part of you to the earth and finally imagine a stream of bright white light entering the top of your head your crown chakra filling your whole body with this beautiful energy from the universe and breathe softly gently notice the softness of your breathing notice the lightness of your body and if any thoughts come into your mind that's okay let them in notice them but allow them to pass and breathe for this moment there is nowhere for you to go nowhere to be this is your time your moment and you deserve it continue to breathe gently slowly in and out and when you're ready slowly open your eyes
