I can't recalled the last time I was so uncomfortable in a meditation (physically?. I have a bad feeling I managed to fall asleep...

This was a very rejuvenating listen. Brought me a laught of chuckles and laughter, albeit the seriousness of the topics. When you get passed through fear, it's very freeing and the topics like this become very interesting. I chuckled towards the end when you said something along the lines as if old age was a guarantee. I think it was either a slip of the tongue or the meaning of "old age" is different to what I originally thought. Some of us will not get to experience old age (if we consider old age something perhaps 60+ or 70+). Some of us will die younger, some will die as children. However, if "old age" was meant only to indicate that we are getting older every day, then we all experience that. So even if a 10-year-old dies, they are certainly older than if they died in infancy. Your personal story about "I am exempt from death" made me laugh. If you find ways to do it, let me know. For now, I will stick to death meditations, that all that were born, must die and the impermanence of it all 😊

A very good nourishing listen 🙏 it's amazing what can happen when you start accepting the impermanence and that own mortality.
