Welcome to the mindful check-in.
Taking a few moments just to welcome yourself into this time of being present with the workings of your own mind and body and heart in letting be.
This may be the very first time today that you're stopping with intentional awareness and acknowledging how you're feeling in your body and mind.
Just allowing and letting be.
There may be things that have recently happened or are going to be happening.
So a time of pausing and acknowledging the feelings,
The sensations within the body.
Pleasant or unpleasant or neutral feelings and allowing and acknowledging whatever comes up in the mind and our thoughts and emotions.
And again just letting be to acknowledge what's present.
And just sensing,
Feeling into this body,
Acknowledging if there's any evoking of any thoughts,
Any emotions,
And acknowledging their presence and letting them be.
Everything needs to be fixed,
Analyzed,
Just to allow and acknowledge.
Checking in mindfully with the body and the mind and the heart.
And if you find that there's any places in the body that are tight and you can soften,
Letting that happen.
And if you're unable to,
Then just let it be.
Whatever sensations or equally any thoughts and emotions,
Letting them just ripple or resonate wherever they need to go,
Giving space to allow what's present.
And as we come towards an end of this mindful check-in,
Taking a moment just to acknowledge whatever it is that you're feeling.
And feeling that sense of being awake and alive and may all beings be with peace.
