Thank you! Just what I needed. I have been wrestling with self doubt, and that I have let too much time pass to change. I seem to struggle to find the right words to say and often give up and stay quiet with loads of thoughts and feelings swirling and percolating. I think I am afraid or have forgotten how to allow myself to open up and share who I truly am and want to work on this. Thank you for your encouraging words and guidance!
