Happy New Year!

Welcome to today's practice.

Thank you so much for taking the time to arrive into the awareness of how blessed,

How abundant,

And how beautiful this life experience is.

Allowing yourself to close your eyes sitting in an upright posture.

So you may connect to your breath and to the abundance of this moment right now.

Begin to breathe in through your nose,

Gathering up all of the energy that's coming in.

And exhale through your mouth a sigh of relief,

Releasing any and all stress you've been carrying.

Breathing in,

Arriving,

Taking this peace pause in your day.

And exhaling through your mouth,

Grounding,

Arriving.

Breathing in through your nose,

Pulling your energy back into you.

Exhaling through your mouth,

Softening your shoulders,

Your stomach,

Your hips and thighs.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling this breath being absorbed into your body.

Exhaling through your mouth,

Letting go of your resistance to being.

Breathing in through your nose fully and completely,

Feeling the earth and the energy of this breath entering into you.

Breathing through your mouth,

Unwinding from any stress or tension.

Breathing in to the bottom of your belly.

As you gather up this energy,

Soften the stomach muscles and exhale any worry or doubt.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling your body opening up to life.

Exhaling through your mouth,

A sigh of relief,

Softening into yourself.

Breathing in,

Giving thanks as you receive this breath,

Honoring the abundance that is flowing through all of life right now.

Exhaling through your mouth,

Dissolving fears or limitations.

Breathing in,

Giving thanks and celebrating the air that you breathe right now for its ability to cleanse your body and mind.

Breathing through your mouth,

Softening every muscle,

Dissolving all tension.

Breathing in now through your nose,

Honoring yourself as the creator of this experience right now.

Exhaling through your mouth,

Choosing to be at peace with all that is.

Breathing in now through your nose,

Accepting this gift of breath,

Feeling all needs met,

And exhaling through the mouth,

Softening,

Relaxing into presence.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling the energy all around you.

Breathing through your mouth,

Embodying who you are now.

Breathing in,

Feeling your power to create in this moment.

Exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of all that no longer serves.

Exhaling light into your body,

Filling yourself up now.

Exhale any heaviness that you've been holding onto.

Breathing in,

Feeling that light spread from your head to your toes.

Exhale through your mouth,

Spiraling downwards,

Softening more deeply into the earth.

Breathing in through your mouth,

Feeling the earth energy feeding you now,

Feeling your cells come alive.

Exhaling through your mouth,

Spiraling downwards,

Rooting into the moment.

Breathing in through your mouth,

Feeling that downward spiral pulling you fully into your body.

Exhaling through your nose,

Smiling,

Softening.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling the light of this breath cleansing and being absorbed into your cells.

Exhaling through your nose,

Unwinding from worries or thoughts that do not serve.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling the magnificence of life,

The beauty of this planet coming into you.

Breathing through your nose,

Softening,

Allowing your heart,

The space to open.

Breathing in through your nose,

Allowing that light to fill your body and cells,

Giving thanks.

Exhaling through your mouth fully and completely.

Breathing in,

Feeling your spine beginning to spiral downwards in a clockwise direction.

Exhaling through your mouth,

Grounding more deeply into your cell.

Breathing in through your mouth,

Feeling the spiral pulling you,

Connecting you into your center.

Exhaling through your nose,

Cleansing the mind,

Emptying.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling that spiral moving deeper and deeper into the heart of the earth,

Pulling your awareness down with it.

Exhaling through your nose,

Feeling how supported you are as you soften.

Breathing in through your nose,

Cleansing your whole being.

Exhale through your mouth,

Becoming completely rooted.

Realizing how rooted your body is.

Feeling the energy pulsation of life giving to you in every moment.

Recognizing yourself as a part of the greater whole.

Bring the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

Begin to run your energy up and down your body,

Cleansing and purifying.

Begin to powerfully breathe in through your nose,

Exhaling through your nose,

Breathing in through your nose,

Cleansing and exhaling.

Breathing in through your nose,

Running the energy up,

Exhaling through your nose,

Running the energy down to your roots.

Breathing in through your nose,

Exhaling,

Cleansing your body.

Breathing in through your nose,

Pulling your body back into center,

Into balance.

Exhaling through your nose,

Emptying,

Softening.

Breathing in,

Receiving abundance through this breath,

Through your awareness,

Exhaling,

Releasing limitations.

Breathing in,

Creating space to receive more abundance.

Exhaling through your nose,

Softening,

Becoming more receptive.

Breathing in,

Recognizing how abundant you already are right now.

Exhale,

Giving thanks.

Breathing in,

Feeling all the ways you're being blessed in this moment.

Exhaling.

Breathing in,

Allowing that awareness to expand to all the areas of your life that are being blessed.

Exhale.

Breathing in,

Opening your heart by softening your body.

Exhaling,

Giving thanks.

Breathing in as your heart opens,

Feeling life,

Giving you more to be grateful about.

Exhale,

Soften to the energy of wealth that you are.

Breathing in,

Feeling all the cells within your body lighting up,

The energy of abundance,

Feeling fully blessed.

Softening,

Feeling absorbed and received by the earth.

Breathing in,

Honoring yourself as powerful,

As beautiful,

As connected to the whole.

Softening,

Dissolving your fears,

Hold you back from being that.

Breathing in,

From this connected state,

Feeling powerful.

Exhale spiraling more deeply into this connection.

Breathing in,

Allowing yourself the space and time now to tap into the field of energy,

The field of abundance that is here and available now.

Every time a judgment or fear surfaces,

Respond by saying thank you.

It's not who I am.

Who you are is abundant.

Who you are is filled with love.

Who you are is the embodiment of your true self.

As you allow for the music to take you deeper,

Connect to that presence.

As abundant,

As filled with love,

Because you are it.

As abundant,

As filled with love,

Because you are it.

As abundant,

As filled with love,

Because you are it.

As abundant,

As filled with love,

Because you are it.

Breathing in deeply to the bottom of your belly.

Giving thanks for how beautiful this moment is.

Exhaling all the way.

Breathing in,

Asking yourself,

Who am I here to be in my life?

Exhaling dissolving.

Breathing in,

Asking yourself,

How am I going to show up when my fears surface?

Exhale,

Softening,

Smiling inside.

Breathing in,

Can I do some moment to moment practice to recognize the abundance that's blessing me?

Exhale.

Continue to breathe,

Feeling this connection,

Feeling how supported you are by life.

Giving thanks for the blessings that are constantly flowing into your experience.

Through your breath and through your gratitude,

May you open up,

Expand your heart and your ability to receive this gift,

Recognizing how worthy you are in every moment,

That who you are is enough.

Giving thanks and celebrating the beauty that you are as a human being on this incredible planet.

Feeling the earth and you as one.

To breathe in,

Feel this breath,

This life,

This moment.

You are it.

You always have been.
