Joy is your birthright and you deserve joy.

Wherever you are,

Stand with your feet a little more than hip width apart,

Micro bend the knees,

Inhale the arms a third in front of you,

A third out to the side,

And a third filling up all the way,

Arms overhead,

Exhale,

Swoosh down and fall.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale more,

Fall.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale more,

Fall.

Finding your breath cadence,

Inhaling a third,

A third,

And a third until you can't fill up anymore.

Let these swings be big and powerful,

Maybe even coming up onto your tippy toes as you surrender and drop or not.

Inviting in joy,

Raising your vibration,

Overriding whatever default emotion has taken hold right now and replacing it with intentional shakti joy-filled prana,

Just a little bit longer.

Last one,

Inhale,

Reach all the way up,

Hold the breath at the top if you choose,

Squeeze the pelvic floor,

Visualize energy siphoning up the spine to the middle of the brain,

And then exhale,

Reach your arms wide to the left and right,

Super slow as they return alongside the body.

Take a deep breath in,

Open your heart center,

Roll the shoulders down and back.

Your practice is complete.
