Our meditation will be about what we do when we don't know what to do.
What to say when we don't know what to say.
What to think when we don't know what to think.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position.
Close the eyes.
Begin to focus on the breath.
Breathe in a style that's comfortable for you.
And with your awareness,
Follow the breath.
As you breathe consciously,
Notice how only a few moments of focusing on breath begins to quiet the mind.
The level of presence we are now cultivating simply by focusing on breath and remaining still will affect the way we speak,
The way we think,
The way we act.
Continue to breathe with awareness.
Let's take a deep inhale together.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Notice the quality of the mind.
Again,
Deep inhale.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Notice the quality of the thoughts.
Last time,
Deep inhale.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Now if all words,
If the things we are going to say today from this moment forward,
And if all actions,
The things we are going to do on this day moving forward,
Come from this place of awareness,
We will know what to think,
And what to say,
And what to do.
Gently blink the eyes open.
