Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Feel yourself expand as you take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Begin to breathe deeply allowing yourself to absorb the gentleness of the universe.

As you breathe deeply,

Focus on how you feel in this present moment.

However you are feeling,

It's okay and natural to feel this way.

Ask yourself,

What is my internal weather like?

Do I feel cloudy and polluted?

Or do I feel fresh,

Bright and sunny?

Most importantly,

Do I feel comfortable living in this weather?

Is this environment healthy and safe for my well-being?

Take a few moments to reflect on this.

Now that you have reflected,

Let go of any uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

Offering yourself love and kindness in return.

Imagine being surrounded by your ideal internal weather as you breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension,

Allowing all negativity to flow out to the universe like gentle rain.
