Take a moment to stretch.

Open your arms as wide as you can.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Let your legs fall flat and touch your toes if you're able.

Doesn't that feel amazing?

Now rest.

Allow your muscles to relax and your breath to be steady.

Breathing in and out with ease.

Not forcing a longer inhale or an extended exhale.

Allow the breath to be what it wants to be,

What it needs to be.

Close your eyes for a moment.

Imagine a bright and sunny day.

The warmth on your skin,

The bright rays overhead.

Not a single cloud in the sky.

How do you feel?

Are you smiling?

Are you full of energy?

Enjoy.

If not,

Pause.

Allow the sun to renew you.

If you are,

Pause anyway.

You could use a little more.

Open your eyes and no matter if the sun is shining or not,

Let today be full of sunshine because you are the light.
