90-95% of the time what people say has been bothering them or what they do that bother others, is the surface or symptom of deeper issues. Opening these deep layers of understanding of what's really happening from within, enables you to take the inner control back in life and then empowers you to change from within, layer by layer. Many times people say after this process, "wow I didn't realize that was what really happened to me. " This a-ha moment, is the beginning to transformation. An a-ha moment means things click and work together. An uh-oh moment means things break apart and hurt. Before reaching the a-ha we often experience enough uh-oh, to the state that we can't take it anymore and really want to feel different. What's sustaining the transformation? The empowered determination to stay as healthy as you can, to control how you want to release or retain, and to be you own inner boss of who you are.

Transcript

Today we will go through a journey to experience our purity,

Our innocence and our inner beauty.

Before we start this journey,

Please make sure that you are in a comfortable sitting position or you are laying down.

Your back and spine is well supported and your body is completely relaxed.

Now slowly take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Now gently close your eyes.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your eyebrows.

And relax your eyes.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your neck.

And relax your shoulders.

Now take another deep and slow breath in as much effortlessly as possible.

And slowly exhale.

Now relax your fingers.

And relax your toes.

Take another slow and deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Relax your eyes.

And slowly slowly focus and try to visualize.

Try to visualize that you are lying down.

Try to visualize and try to imagine just like you are watching a movie in your mind and you can see yourself there.

You can see that you are lying down on a lush green field of grass.

Underneath an absolute blue sky.

And the sky is absolutely clear unlike the cotton balls or white clouds are floating in that beautiful clean and clear blue sky.

Now try to visualize that slowly and gently you are opening your eyes.

With a few gentle blinks.

Now your eyes are open and you are looking here and there.

It's a complete unknown place to you.

It seems you have never been here before.

You are wondering why you are here.

What happened?

What bring you here?

A lot of surprise in your eyes.

Now slowly you sit up and turning your head here and there with wonder and surprise.

It's a beautifully shiny day.

Even light is very bright but it is not burning you.

A very pleasant weather,

A nice breeze is touching your body,

Touching your face.

It's very relaxing.

You are taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Now slowly and gently you are standing up and looking here and there.

You don't know where to go.

You don't know what to do.

As far as you can see there is nothing only that lash green field.

It's just like you are in a green ocean.

Now slowly slowly you are walking.

You are walking to an unknown direction.

You don't know where you are going.

It's just like something is attracting you,

Something is pulling you to that very direction.

So without knowing where you are going,

Without knowing what that pull is,

You are walking towards that direction.

Slowly slowly,

One step,

Another step,

Another step and you are continuing your walk towards that unknown.

Slowly slowly you are increasing the speed,

The pace of your walk.

You are walking and without your awareness the speed of your walk has been increasing.

Now you stop and you are trying to see something far.

It's like you can see something there.

You can see there is something but you don't know,

You can't see that clearly.

Now you are excited to know what is that.

You are excited to see that.

Now you are walking again,

Walking faster,

Faster,

Even more faster and the thing is getting clearer,

Clearer,

Even more clear.

Now you can see it's a kind of a garden,

A garden.

You are feeling so happy,

You are feeling so excited.

Now you are running towards that garden.

Now you can really see it absolutely clear and you are,

You are there.

You are breathing heavy,

You are breathing really heavy and you are right in front of that beautiful garden and you can see the garden has several colours of flowers,

One after another.

Now you are slowly entering into the garden.

You are in the area of red flowers.

Everywhere there is red flowers around you.

It's so beautiful.

So many butterflies are flying from one to another flower.

So pleasant,

So charming.

You are smiling,

There is a glow of happiness in your face,

Your eyes are so happy,

They are so bright.

You are slowly,

Slowly walking in more deeper to the garden.

All of a sudden you stopped.

You are sensing someone there around you,

Very near.

You are turning your heads here and there,

Try to see who is there.

Now you can see something inside a deep red bush of flower.

And you are walking towards that direction.

Yes,

You can see someone there.

Yes,

You can see someone is sitting there.

The back is towards you.

Yes,

A kid,

It's a child.

And you are walking closer and closer to that child.

You are exactly behind that child.

You can see the child is hiding her face into her knees.

You gently place your palm on the shoulder of that child.

Now the child,

Now the child turned the head up and is looking towards you.

Oh my God!

The child looks like you exactly when he was 7 years old.

It's the same face,

It's the same eyes,

It's the same innocent look into the eyes of that child.

It's looking at you.

It's crying.

It's sad.

You raise your hands towards that kid and you hold the hand of yourself.

You are gently bringing the child closer to you.

You are looking into the eyes more clearly.

There is loneliness in the eyes.

There is a gain in the eyes.

Those eyes want to tell you something.

Those eyes want to tell you why you forget me.

I am your pure self.

I am the innocence within you.

I am your inner child.

How could you forget me?

Can't you feel how sad I am without you?

Now you are also crying.

You both are crying now.

Now you pull the child close towards you and hug tightly like it's not two bodies,

It's just one.

And you both keep crying.

Now you lift the chin up of the child,

Look into the eyes of the child and tell the child I am sorry.

I am sorry because you were sad because of me.

But trust me,

I never forget you.

You were always there within me.

You are with me and you will always be with me.

Now both of you are standing up,

Holding each other's hands and slowly slowly started walking more deeper into the garden.

Now you are crossing the red flowers and entering into the area of orange flowers.

Everywhere it's orange flowers.

Now slowly slowly you are crossing the area of orange flowers and entering into the area of yellow flowers.

The gentle breeze is touching both of your bodies,

So pleasant.

You can hear some birds are chanting.

You are looking at each other's eyes.

You are smiling and then again you started walking and crossing the yellow flowers and entering into the area of green flowers.

Now you can see some small birds flying,

Chanting,

Sitting into the bushes.

You can see many butterflies.

The flowers,

The butterflies,

The birds,

They are all in so much love,

Peace and harmony.

Everywhere in the environment there is love,

Peace and harmony.

Now slowly slowly you are entering into the area of sky blue flowers.

You are inhaling the beautiful aroma of the flowers,

So pure,

So fresh.

It's like the aroma of your soul,

The purity of your soul,

The freshness you are having now.

The aroma is carrying that freshness of yours.

Now slowly you are entering into the area of blue flowers.

Now in front of you,

You can see a path of life guiding you towards the violet flowers.

You are walking on that path of light and entering into the area of violet flowers.

In the center of that violet flowers,

It's a golden ball of light.

Now you are both slowly slowly entering into the golden ball of light.

You are feeling protected.

You are feeling relaxed.

You are feeling completely stable,

Calm.

You are feeling you are within yourself and you are with yourself.

Now slowly take a deep breath and look the entire golden ball of light are getting covered with more and more golden lights from sky.

It's getting so brighter that you cannot see anything more inside the ball.

You only can see a bright golden ball is right between the violet flowers.

You are completely protected.

You are completely guarded.

You are blessed and loved.

You are relaxed.

And when you are ready,

Let's put the white balls into the white balls.

It’s a great meditation if you want to meet the lost child in your and bring them home. You have to be patient and not give up hallway.
