This is a soothing meditation to help you fall asleep quickly and deeply, with gentle singing bowls – to help you deeply relax, calm and still your mind for deep sleep and deep rest. You'll hear 25 minutes of calming guidance and then there's 10 minutes with no talking, just gentle music and singing bowls, to help you drift into a deeply restoring sleep.
