I had a tension headache I could not get rid of before doing this. It was hard to connect my body to the meditation at first so I had to restart and I definitely had blockages in my body I had to fight but once I left the light through it released and it was emotional and tears came as I went through each chakra. This was a great meditation to clear chakra energy. Thank you! Oh and ky headache is gone!!

This was wonderful, from the nostril breathing to the affirmations to the friction exercise at the end. I feel completely ready to conquer my day!
