Hello and welcome back to the Shavasana series and today's episode yes or no.

We are going to go into a direct experience of using your body as an instrument to help you determine what is really your intuition and that of your highest wisdom versus what is the mind and the ego.

So let's begin by taking a few deep breaths and getting really good and comfortable.

Draw your breath down into your solar plexus right into your belly.

If you want put your hand there just right in the middle of your stomach and begin breathing into this area.

Let's welcome in our higher levels,

Our source consciousness,

Our highest wisdom and purity and clarity right here right now to assist and clear out any distortions of the mind.

So as you inhale feel your solar plexus open and soften releasing expanding and as you exhale feel a gentle release softening opening expansion.

Keep breathing here feeling this opening softening and expanding.

We're really allowing this area of your body to purify and clear out so that you can get a clear answer in your body.

Your body is your best friend on this journey and it can really be your best guide.

Now bring your awareness up from your belly into your heart center.

Once again just breathing letting your inhales come through your heart.

Feel your heart opening softening expanding and again on the exhales as well feel a gentle release opening and softening right through the heart.

We're opening up this flow this divine flow for our essence and our intuition so that our body and our essence our spirit can be totally merged in awareness working in unison.

From your heart bring your awareness back down to your belly allowing your breath now to really ebb and flow on its own.

Feeling that gentle opening and expansion through the inhales and exhales and just be aware if you're making any effort.

Allow this to happen on its own now is the time to just relax inward melting into your body surrendering into your body into your essence and letting the answers come to you.

Allow yourself to melt deeply into your belly now letting all of your awareness merge and meld so that you are simply feeling in every millisecond every moment in this area of your body purely aware of the sensations.

And now you are going to start building this communication between you and your body.

So tell your body now show me a yes body show me what yes feels like and simply relax feeling your solar plexus letting your body show you what it feels like for a yes you may feel this as an opening an expansion you may feel energy moving a lightening up of vibrancy it will be unique for everyone the way it is interpreted so it's important to simply feel and connect here I'm going to give you a few moments as you allow your body to show you how it feels when it is giving you the signal of a yes.

Now for discernment let's switch gears and tell your body body show me what a no feels like show me what is not in my highest and best good and feel you may feel a contraction a heaviness a density you may feel a flip-flopping an uncertainty an uneasy feeling take a few moments and feel this no let your body show you how it has been communicating with you so you can become clearer and clearer with it.

Now let's come back and clear the slate okay body let's clear the slate back to neutral take a breath and feel that in your belly and because we definitely want to be in tune with what opportunities in our lives are in our highest and best good let's go back to that yes so body show me a yes right now and a deep breath and relaxing back into your belly and feeling as you allow yourself to feel I'll explain a bit about the yeses when we are in alignment with our true self it is felt through the body and some descriptions that might help you tune into this are expansion openness joy bliss excitement sometimes deep peace all of these words basically explain something where it is more relaxed and expanded whereas a no indicates contraction heaviness density uncertainty and fear so for myself personally I've used this method countless times and you may want to practice this on your own I have indeed practiced this for hours on end to come in total clarity with the signals that my body uses to give me direction so when you feel an opening and expanding and sometimes it can be a very vibrant feeling like pure light pure radiance I guarantee you're on the right track your body is your best friend it's always with you your breath and your body are your best tools so thank you for joining me today I hope you enjoyed this exercise and I hope you will find more clarity within yourself on yes and no until it's absolutely seamless and you can get a yes or no anywhere anytime thank you so much for joining me today namaste
