Charlene graduated from IIN as a Holistic Health Coach. She is passionate about integrating movement and meditation as a way to improve one’s wellbeing. In particular utilizing somatic movement. The class will release stagnant energy from the body. Charlene will lead meditation and mindfulness classes. Charlene grew up witnessing Shamans using somatic movement to release energy. Charlene is attending the Yogamu school to become a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor and a Meditation instructor.
